Do you offer refunds on signs?

If they're not correct here, we are always reasonable with issues that happen with orders. If you approved a design with a misspelling, a bad QR code or any other information, and you approved it, you have to take responsibility for it. We can try our hardest to make sure everything is correct, but we need you to make sure it is. We have a thorough review. We have a thorough review process where you sign off on something up to three times, do mistakes happen? Yes. Do we communicate through them? Yes.
