Before DOPE,
I had 2 gyms in the South Metro area for 10 years. After that chapter of my life was done, I worked as a training manager at the top gym in the country as well as a director of operations at an audiovisual company.

When I'm not at DOPE,
you can find me running around with my 3 teenagers, going on date nights, trying new eats, and hitting up the gym at 6 in the morning :-). I'm also a big fan of the outdoors, specifically the North Shore of Minnesota for some peace and quiet!
